Miss Pallister's class dancing

Did you enjoy dressing in Indian clothes and trying out the different dances?

I wonder if you will be able to demonstrate some of the dance moves tomorrow?

Indian Experience

Did you enjoy the Indian Experience day? It was great fun and very educational. I really enjoyed getting to wear the sari, it was beautiful.

Which part did you enjoy the most and why? What did you learn?

Pictures to follow tomorrow!

The Waterbabies

Who has enjoyed using the Waterbabies film to support your ideas in writing? Tell us which part of the film you have enjoyed and why. Did you prefer the real life part or when the characters turned into animation? Remember to explain your reasoning.

Maybe you could carry out a COLOUR, SYMBOL, IMAGE thinking skills activity to show your responses.

Southwell Workhouse Year 5 Trip

On Wednesday 2nd October we will be visiting Southwell Workhouse. We need a small number of parents to come and help with the trip (and have fun). If your parents can help then please ask them to come and see Mrs South or Miss Pallister.

Thanks

What are you reading?

I recently read ‘Death of a Chimney Sweep’. It kept me gripped right until the very end because I couldn’t work out who the killer was.

Leave a comment telling us about a book that you have read.
