  1. Charlie Coates says:

One sunny morning, a boy called Charlie was playing in his garden on the swings. His dad shouted “Charlie why do you interrupt people so much“. Suddenly, a lightning bolt came smashing down to the ground. Charlie and his dad ran in the house to get shelter from the thunder. This is a nuisance, lightning keeps coming every night. Charlie was wondering where his mum and dad were taking him. When Charlie got in the car he murmured “are we going to the houses of parliament?” Charlie wanted to practice his spellings so his dad said how do you spell physical, Charlie said” p, h,y,s,i,c,a,l” His dad answered “ well done Charlie!”

One sunny morning, a team named Lowlands FC played a football match against Welton FC. Lowlands were very aggressive with their tackles and it was a very impressive competition. The striker, Charlie W scored 5 goals and the team developed well during the match. Towards the end of the game Charlie W was substituted which caused some controversy. The pitch that they played on was in Waddington and Welton had to travel to get there. Lowlands were very confident that they would win the game. The match finished 10-3 to Lowlands which was disastrous for Welton. When the referee blew the final whistle Lowlands shouted “3 cheers for Welton” and all of the players shook hands.
